PERMISSION SLIP __________________ is enrolling in an 10 week swim lesson at the South County YMCA, starting June 10, 2009 ending August 12, 2009. Lessons will be every Wednesday. 4 & 5 Year Olds are from 9:00-9:45 a.m. 3 Year Olds are from 9:45-10:30 a.m. The fee for the lessons is $90.00. Please return by May 15, 2009 along with a check made out to “St. Simon ” (Please make a note in the memo that the check is for swimming lessons.) If you have any questions please ask!! Thank You!!
