 Welcome to “Simon Says” Summer Camp. Our start date this year is June 9th. Please be sure to carefully read all attached forms. NEW FAMILIES ONLY: The enrollment form, swim form and fees, $30.00 registration fee, and deposit are due back as soon as possible. Your deposit is equal to one weeks tuition and will be applied to your last week of care. If your child will not be starting during our first week of camp please notify the office. You have 30 days to return the two medical forms which must be signed by your doctor.
Summer is fast approaching! Please be sure to send the following items with your child:

Swim suit and towel (goes home on your child’s last day of the week to be laundered) |

Swim shoes (aqua socks) NO SANDALS OR TENNIS SHOES! |

Sunscreen |
4. |
Change of summer clothes (socks, shorts, underwear, T-shirt) |

Family Photo for Entrance Hallway. |
6. |
Small pillow, blanket, and sleep toy that can be left here. (Three and four year old rooms only) |
7. |
Please do not send any other toys to school unless it is show and share day. |

Toothpaste and Toothbrush |

REMINDERS
* Simon Says T-shirts may be purchased in the office for $10.00 (Must be worn on field trips)
* School picnic/ parade is June 7th, 2008 (meet at preschool between 9:15 - 9:30) The children must be accompanied by a parent.
